Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible pin codes.

• Wonkey reserves the right to disable COD on certain locations or high-risk orders.

Prepaid Orders

• We accept prepaid payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

• Prepaid orders are processed faster compared to COD orders.

Discreet Packaging

• All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging.

• The package will not display any product details or intimate descriptions.

Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

Delivery Issues

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal of COD orders, the order may be cancelled.

• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Packages

• If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any shipping-related complaints.

• Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
