We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals must be intact.
For hygiene reasons, used or tried lingerie items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie:
Briefs, panties, shapewear, bras, nightwear, and innerwear once opened or tried are not eligible for return or refund.
Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or missing tags will be rejected.
Items bought during sale or special discount offers are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process such requests.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to approve the return or replacement.
Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery.
Share order details and required proof (images/video).
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
After quality inspection, your return/exchange will be processed.
Prepaid Orders:
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
COD Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, details must be shared by the customer.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return shipping may be chargeable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product sent by us.
Wonkey reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
